Who is responsible for your data

What we collect
- Enquiry forms on project pages: your name, mobile number, email (optional), remark and your marketing choice.
- "Ask Flora a question" box: the question you type.
- WhatsApp, phone and email: whatever you choose to send.
- Calendly bookings: the name, email and answers you enter on the booking page.
How the forms work: this website has no database. When you press send, your details are placed into a WhatsApp message to +65 8941 9865 that opens on your device; nothing is sent until you send that message yourself.
Calculators: the calculators run entirely in your browser. The figures you enter are not sent to us or stored.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry.
- To provide the property services you ask for (for example viewings, project information, upgrade planning).
- To send marketing updates only if you have given consent, for example by ticking the optional marketing box. Marketing consent is never a condition of getting a reply or a service.
Marketing and the Do Not Call Registry
We will only contact you about marketing by call, SMS/WhatsApp or email if you tick the optional marketing box. If you do not tick it, we will check the Do Not Call Registry before any marketing call or message to a Singapore number. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing florahe730@gmail.com or WhatsApp +65 8941 9865; we will act on it within 30 days.
Withdrawing consent, access and correction
You may withdraw consent, or ask to access or correct your personal data, by contacting florahe730@gmail.com or +65 8941 9865. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect replies to your enquiries.
How long we keep it
Leads are deleted or anonymised 24 months after last contact unless a transaction is ongoing. Records that must be kept for a property transaction are kept as required by law and by PropNex Realty Pte Ltd.
Who else processes data
- WhatsApp (Meta): messages you send through WhatsApp.
- Calendly: appointment bookings.
- Google: Google Fonts (web fonts) and Google Maps embeds load from Google servers, which receive your IP address.
- Linktree: if you follow the Linktree link.
- Hostinger: website hosting (standard server logs).
- PropNex Realty Pte Ltd: where needed for a property transaction you engage Flora for.
Each of these services handles data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal data.
